Apparel/Shoes Systems Optional Modules or Functions

4. This custom function will solve the issue of printing and filing of sales

Orders. Optional New Function – Auto Save to PDF Function that will automatically
save S/O’s and more to PDF. Cost $3,800

a. Whenever a sales order, invoice or accounts receivable payment is saved, the
report will automatically be generated into a PDF file which will then be moved
into a specific folder sorted by the related customer's ID as defined in the
Customer File.

b. All of this will be controlled by settings in the optional OAS module. Must have
the OAS Module installed

c. All of the PDF files will be placed into that customer's folder with a naming
convention similar to this format:
i. SO_1234.pdf
ii. INV_1234.pdf
iii. AR_1234.pdf
