Enterprise Users













                    The access to this screen is limited to Super Users only


                   Purpose:  Here you may view all the users in the Enterprise system. You may also add a new
                   user placing them in (1) Super User, (2) Manager, or (3) Sales Rep. type. Editing a user will allow
                   you to change their Username, User Type, Sales Rep, OMS User ID, Manager ID, and Active.


                   (1) Super Users have access to everything, including making and deleting other Super Users.

                   (2) Manager Users oversee the sales individuals and the customer sales under them.

                   (3) Sales Rep Users oversee their own customers (to have a customer assign to a sales rep see
                   Customer File in Company Operating System)

                   *Sales Orders made in the online system will not give commission to the sales rep.

                   **If there is no sales rep assigned to the user, then the user may only view customers without a
                   sales rep

                   Add New User: When making new Enterprise users, be sure to assign Sales Rep #, the same one
                   in the OMS system, otherwise the user will have access to all sales, invoice, and customer
                   information whose sales rep # is blank. Having the Sales Rep# will limit managers and sales to
                   view their own customers. To make sales reps see Sales Representative Profile found in
                   Accounts Receivable-Commission Process. To assign sales reps to customers see Customer File
                   in Company Operating System.
