Customer
Super Users have access to all customers, Managers have access to their own customers and the
Sales’ customers assigned to the Manager, and Sales have access to their own customers. (To

Customer List
Purpose: Here you may view your customers.
Search: The search will show the customer ID, type, company, phone and fax numbers, email,
city, state, zip code, sales rep, web, and several actions.
Represent: Represent allows you to buy products for your customers.
Add order: Adding an order allows you to make a new order within enterprise, ability to scan,
quick order, and choose from inventory. Clicking “Go to Showcase” leads you to the website.
Details: Details allows you to view customer details, such as company info, order summary view,
order item view, invoice, and other.
Customer Relationship Management: CRM leads to the CRM notes of the customer.
