Notes
Purpose: Here you may view customer comments and remarks. Comments may be created
in Customer File-Accounting found in Company Operating System-Customer Information.
Remarks may be created in Customer Notes found in Customer File in Company Operating
System-Customer Information.
Conversation
Purpose: Here you may view individual customer conversation logs; this may be found in
Customer Conversation Log Inquiry found in Company Operating System-Customer Information.
Last Sales Invoice
Purpose: Here you may view all invoices made. The search will include invoice number,
sales order number, invoice date, terms, invoice amount, balance, paid date, aging, reference
number, and sales reps.
Invoice/Sales Order Numbers: Clicking on the invoice or sales order numbers will show a
detailed overview of the transaction made. Clicking on the pencil next to the numbers will lead
you to invoice tracking log and sales order tracking log respectively.
