Stage 3: WMS – Bin Update – Adjust (Posted by WMS Manager)

Setup

Path: WMS/Management/WMS Parameter Setup – Bin Update

If un-checked on “Web – Adj(+)/Adj(-) / Entire Bin Count: Auto Update COS Qty” field, all bin
update records are pending for WMS Manager to Post (see Step 4).

If checked on “Web – Adj(+)/Adj(-) / Entire Bin Count: Auto Update COS Qty” field, all bin
update records are posted automatically as well as saved in COS Qty. WMS Manger does not
need to Post (see Step 4).

Step 4: After workers finish scanning and click ‘Save’ button, the Manager needs to check all
the bin update records and then click the “Post” button to post update records.

Path: WMS/Update/Bin Inventory Update - Adjust

There are two options to Post:

If check on “Update Bin Instock Qty in WMS Only” field, only WMS Qty are updated and no
COS Qty will be updated.

If un-check, both WMS and COS Instock Qty are updated.
