Step 4: Display the pallet stack pattern under certain conditions, including volume, weight
occupied, or remaining capacity for all bins in selected warehouses.
Path: WMS/Bin Analysis/Bin Capacity Inquiry
That is,
Pallet Stack Pattern: Max Item Quantities Allowed for the Bin
Max Quantity = Length * Width * Height
Pallet Capacity: Item Occupied % for the Bin in terms of Pallet
Pallet = Item Occupied by Pallet / Max Bin Pallet
Volume Capacity: Item Occupied % for the Bin in terms of Volume
Volume% = Item Occupied Volume for the Bin / Max Bin Volume
Weight Capacity: Item Occupied % for the Bin in terms of Weight
Weight% = Item Occupied Weight for the Bin / Max Bin Weight
From example,
Pallet Stack Pattern: For Item DAV117: 4*4*4 = 64 Cases & For Item Dav119:
5*5*5=125 Cases
Pallet Capacity: 20/30 + 2/30=73.34%
Volume Capacity: 25600/38400 + 7500/38400=86.20%
Weight Capacity: 2560/3840 + 750/3840=86.20%
