                          d.  NOTE: If any edits are made on the same day that the sales order, invoice or
                              AR payment is created then the original PDF file will be replaced. If edits are
                              made after the original creation date, then a new PDF file will be created with
                              the date of editing appended to the file name (i.e. SO_2134 10-30-19.pdf)

                  5.  OAS  - Office Automation System (Inventory File) Cost $2,800

                          a.  Purpose: Customer can export inventory file based on given conditions to
                                                   rd
                              designated path for 3  Party Websites to be uploaded.  Can be sued for your
                              existing web site as well.


                  6.  We have a Modified Web Order Yahoo Interface that lets you map third
                      party web sites csv files to OMS to import as sales orders and you can save
                      the template for each retailer. Cost: $4,800
                          a.  You create a folder and how often you want OMS to check that folder for a
                              file.  IE every 60 Minutes.
                          b.  The file can be ftp or downloaded manually and when it hits the specific folder
                              set for that retailer, OMS will check for it at the designated time and auto
                              import into OMS.  You have to set up the FTP protocols, OMS does not do that
                          c.  Special Version will create a New OMS Customer if not found when importing.
                          d.  Special Wayfair Interface Option (See end of this document for screen
                              shots) Additional Cost:$2,800

                  7.  Bulk eMail with Newsletter & Bulk emailing of A/R statements Cost $3,800


                          a.  New bulk email module consists of 4 components
                                  i.  The ability to email a sales order or invoice when you click on the save
                                     button without having to preview. Still have to wait until email
                                     generates
                                 ii.   Adds the ability to save multiple email address for customer and to
                                     select on sales order and invoice who you want that email to go to from
                                     list in customer file.
                                 iii.   The bulk print Sales Order and Invoice has additional buttons that will
                                     allow you to bulk print, email or email & print options.  This will
                                     eliminate having to email confirmation on each order or invoice and
                                     wait until the email generates in Outlook.
                                 iv.  That frees up your customer service staff to concentrate on getting
                                     orders in.  You can use this module to email out newsletters,
                                     announcements, and A/R Statements, etc.
