2015 Annual Report

Letter from the Chief Executive Officer

As I reflect back upon the past year, I am tremendously proud of the measured progress that Rebekah
Children’s Services has achieved. On behalf of our Board of Directors and Executive Team, I would like
to sincerely thank the over two hundred and fifty employees who work tirelessly and selflessly to care
for our community’s most vulnerable children and youth. Their dedication is evidenced throughout our
continuum of care and delivery of mental health and educational services, including Wraparound,
Non-Public School, Outpatient Clinic, Culinary Academy, Foster Care and Inpatient Services.

As a fully accredited Mental Health Organization under COA, we adhere to the highest standards of
practice as we work to fulfill our mission statement of being fully “committed to seeing our community
flourish by building pathways to hope, happiness and well-being.” We humbly work to serve our com-
munity with the understanding that together, we can achieve the unthinkable and perhaps obtain the
impossible. We believe that there is nothing more important than the work of leading a child towards
the pathway of “hope, happiness and well-being”.

As Rebekah Children's Services continues in the tradition set forth by our founders, the Rebekah and
Independent Order of Fellows principle of “Friendship, Love and Truth”, we strive to embody a 119 year
legacy which began in 1897. We remain indebted to our community of donors who continue to support
Rebekah Children's Services’ financial and philanthropic efforts and help us to step confidently into our
future “committed to seeing our community flourish by building pathways to hope, happiness and well-
being.”

                           Gratefully,

                            Christophe E. Rebboah, LMFT
                              Chief Executive Officer
