Welcome to the Big Local Stadium

Greetings everyone and welcome to the Big Local Stadium, in
particular the management and players of today’s visitors Calne
Town F.C. for this Uhlsport Hellenic League First Division fixture. We
should also welcome our Match Officials and hope they enjoy their
stay with us.

Our last two results have been disappointing after we had appeared
to turn the corner in the previous few games. The 2-1 setback at
Tytherington Rocks last Saturday was lost in the final seconds which
was doubly disappointing. On Tuesday we were again pipped by the
only goal of the game at Shortwood United and we need to get back
on the winning trail as quickly as possible.

Today’s visitors Calne Town FC started the season very well and
although their form since has not been so good we can expect a
tough challenge this afternoon.

I hope you all enjoy the game and I look forward to seeing you here
again next time.
