A few words from the manager...

FILTON ATHLETIC 5 - 3 Wick (30th December 2024)

“Madness again at the mead! A game for the neutrals between two very good
sides who were both in form.

I think it is fair to say we dominated the game and the score line didn’t really
do our performance justice. A very good performance from the lads scoring

some excellent goals with the goal of the game coming from our left back Tom
Fry after some excellent one touch football and a clinical out side of the foot
finish.

Disappointing to concede three goals at home, two were clear errors on our
end which we need to cut out and is something we are all working on.

We will have to improve on this this week against an unpredictable Hanham
Athletic side who seem to have plenty of goals in their locker. So hopefully
should be another good game for the spectators.”
