James Duncan
Now in his & Muzza's 3rd season at the Meadow having joined Chesham United as
Joint Manager in October 2018, previously the manager of Potters Bar Town where he
guided them to automatic promotion from the Isthmian Div 1 North in 2017/18 and
then to a successful top 10 start in the Bostik Premier in 2018/19 before joining
Chesham.
James holds a UEFA B licence and has coached in both academy & semi-professional
settings. Before going into management, James had a 13-year playing career as a
midfielder with spells at Wealdstone, Uxbridge & Slough Town.
Michael Murray
Now in his & JD's 3rd season at the Meadow, having joined Chesham United as Joint
Manager in October 2018, previously Michael was part of a successful coaching team
& playing squad with James at Potters Bar Town, where they won automatic promotion
from the Isthmian Div 1 North in 2017/18 and then to a successful top 10 start in the
Bostik Premier in 2018/19 before joining Chesham.
Michael joined Potters Bar as a player in 2016/17 from Chalfont St Peter, and include
Northwood, Hendon, Uxbridge and North Greenford United in his previous clubs where
he was a prolific goal scorer and set-piece specialist.
Mick Johnson
Assistant manager to James Duncan & Michael Murray. Mick was previously the
assistant manager at Potters Bar Town and joined Chesham in October 2018. Before
that Mick was part of long serving Wealdstone manager Gordan Bartlett’s coaching
staff.
David Murphy
1st Team Coach, hold a UEFA ‘B’ licence, who was part of the management team at
Potters Bar Town from 2016 onwards. Prior to that David worked with the academy at
Wealdstone. Also involved with coaching at Stanmore College.
Daryl Vas
Goalkeeping coach who was part of the management team at Potters Bar prior to
joining Chesham in October 2018.
Ben Goode
Ben joined Chesham in October 2018 as the first signing under James Duncan and
Michael Murray from Hadley FC where he started the 18/19 season after recovering
from injury. Prolific penalty saver, Ben was voted Players Player of the Season in 18/19
after a fantastic campaign between the sticks.

Sam Beasant
Sam joined Chesham in August 2020, joining with a wealth of experience in the
Football League and National Leagues. Son of Dave Beasant, the former Wimbledon
goalkeeper, Sam starting his career at the Glenn Hoddle Academy in Spain before
joining Maidenhead and then Stevenage in the EFL. Most recently, Sam was at local
rivals Hemel but previously played at Step 2 for Chelmsford and Concord as well as
Braintree in the National League.

Josh Hill
Josh joined Chesham in August 2020 from Swindon Supermarine, where he had made
66 appearances in 2 spells between 2017 and 2020 either side of a year playing
football in the Napier area of New Zealand.

Jeanmal Prosper
Right back who re-joined the Generals in December 2019 from Aylesbury United.
Previously have a spell with the first team and reserves in 2014, since then Jeanmal
has played Southern League football both Aylesbury clubs and Arlesey Town. 2019/20
