WELCOME TO SHIREHAMPTON F.C.
Good evening and welcome to Cribbs FC for this evenings SHIREHAMPTON
local Derby.
FOOTBALL CLUB
Cribbs have had an excellent start to their life in the
western league and tonight will be a difficult game, we President
expect a tough challenge, that again we have to be up for. Kelvin Gordon
Millsy and Rob are a two great blokes who have done a Chairman:
brilliant job getting their side where they are today and Pete McCall
deserve a huge amount of praise, they are a credit to there petemccall1957@outlook.com
football club and proper football men who I have a huge
amount of respect for. The way they apply themselves and Secretary & Treasurer:
come across is a credit to Cribbs FC and I wish them both Mark Stockham
all the best for the season (after tonight) markstockham@yahoo.co.uk
Assistant Secretary:
Saturdays defeat in the FA Vase I’m still angry about, we Richard Carey
should have beaten Wantage on the day and with a full side r-carey&sky.com
out I’m confident we would have done so, at the moment
it’s like being a boxer trying to box with your arms tied Matchday Secretary:
behind your back, it’s a real struggle missing key players Nicky Carey
but we have to carry on working hard and any points we
get are a bonus, slowly the squad is returning to full fitness Committee Members:
James Loud
and we can get going again. I’ve not given up on this Sharlie Sollars
season even though our start hasn’t been great, there is Lee Rogers
light at the end of the tunnel regarding injuries and it won’t Tom Donnely
be long until we’re back in full flow. I’ve targeted 2pts per
game as an average this year and we’re currently only Bar Manager:
picking up 1pt per game so we have to put a run together Alex Warman
soon and get our points per game average up and we will
get back to where we wanna be, I’m very confident that we Club address:
will succeed and that the difficulties we are currently having Penpole Lane,
will only make us stronger long term, luck as they say Shirehampton
evens itself out over a season so fingers crossed we’ve had Bristol BS11 0EA
our fair share of bad luck early and it’s out the way. Telephone number:
0117 235 461
Enjoy the Game
