WELCOME TO SHIREHAMPTON F.C.

     Good Evening, SHIREHAMPTON
A warm welcome to Henbury’s players, officials and FOOTBALL CLUB
     supporters for tonight’s local Derby.
Firstly I Hope everyone has had a fantastic Christmas and President
New year and enjoyed themselves. Kelvin Gordon
Tonight will be a tough test and league positions will mean Chairman:
nothing going into the game. Pride is at stake with two
teams who know each other on a personal level and neither Pete McCall
side will want to lose, both teams will give everything for petemccall1957@outlook.com
the cause. These are the games you look forward to when
the fixtures are released. There will be 100% commitment Vice Chairman:
from 22 players on the pitch and these games are hard to Sam Whittaker
judge, we just have to make sure we don’t let the occasion
get to us and play the fixture like it is any other game. Secretary & Treasurer:
                                                           Mark Stockham
Greavesy is doing a fantastic job rebuilding the team at markstockham@yahoo.co.uk
Henbury and I wish him all the luck going forward…….but
only after tonight’s games over. Committee Members:
We have had a slight Covid issue which we are dealing James Loud
with, luckily we have a good reserve side to call upon if Sharlie Sollars
needed. At the time of writing this column it’s hard to say Lee Rogers
who’s available and who isn’t due to day 6 & 7 testing and Richard Whittaker
seeing if they are negative so we will have to wait and see Paul Brimson
on that. Apart from Covid we have no new injury’s to report Pete Kelly
with only Dan Spicer unavailable with his continued
     Hamstring problem. Bar Manager:

Lastly I would like to give some good news that our Alex Warman
application for promotion was submitted to the FA before
the deadline of 31st December and we seemed to tick all Club address:
the boxes needed. It’s now down to us as a group to carry Penpole Lane,
on our excellent form from the first half of the season and Shirehampton
give ourselves the best chance possible to create a bit of Bristol BS11 0EA
history and get this club where it wants to be playing in the
Western or Hellenic League next season. We can’t be shy Telephone number:
in our thoughts on this, that’s our main aim but we also 0117 235 461
realise as a group it won’t just land in our laps, We have a
lot of hard work to do over 15 games to achieve this
