Good afternoon and welcome everybody to today’s game.

We are now going into a run of 4 home games where we need to
try and get maximum points out of them to try and break into
that top 5 which has been our aim all season.
This obviously won’t be easy starting today against a decent
Fairford side that we have already had 2 close games with this
season at their place .

Our last game at Brimscombe was one in which we dropped 2
points really in a game where we were leading at half time and
didn’t turn up in the second half and allowed them back in with
a scrappy goal to get a point.
We can’t afford to do this if we are going to reach our goal by
the end of the season and we have to make sure we put in a far
better performance overall today and even if we are not playing
particularly well find a way to see out games once we have got
ourselves in front on occasions.

Hopefully we can learn from that and not let ourselves do that
again for the rest of the season and hopefully have a good run
between now and April.

We certainly have a squad good enough to do it it’s just finding
that consistency now for the last quarter of the season and see
where it takes us come the end.
