Welcome to the Big Local Stadium

Greetings everyone and welcome to the Big Local Stadium, in
particular the management and players of today’s visitors Shortwood
United F.C. for this Uhlsport Hellenic League First Division fixture. We
should also welcome our Match Officials and hope they enjoy their
stay with us.

Last Tuesday’s 3-2 defeat at home to Newent Town was a
disappointing result and leaves us in mid-table. Saturday’s visit to
Malmesbury Victoria was postponed and will has been re-scheduled.

Today’s visitors Shortwood United find themselves just above us in
the table and, like us, will hope to finish as high as they can over the
last few weeks of the season. We wish them all the best for the
remainder of the campaign - after this afternoon of course.

We hope you all enjoy today’s game, hopefully an entertaining one
with a positive result for us at the end, and will come again soon.
