JAMES TAYLOR: Age 23. Defender who can play as a centre-back or wide on the left. Joined
Boro’ in August 2021 from Beaconsfield Town. Has an eye for goal and netted the late winner in
the FA Cup Third Qualifying Round tie against previously-unbeaten Marlow last season. A co-

JOSHUA WILLIAMS: Age 23. Striker. Joined Boro’ in the summer having previously played for

STEVE BAKER: Manager. Joined Boro’ from Ryman South side Chipstead, for whom he had
been First Team Manager, in January 2015, going on to perform a minor miracle in saving the side
from what appeared near-certain relegation. During his playing career he carved out a big
reputation with Hayes, Yeading, Hendon and Egham Town before becoming player-coach with
Chertsey Town. He had begun his coaching career working for franchise soccer schools in
conjunction with Arsenal and Chelsea and continued to develop them as 1 Team Coach at St

Albans City. After two years as manager at Egham Town he continued to hone his coaching skills
with Beaconsfield SYCOB and Wingate & Finchley before moving back into management with
Walton & Hersham in 2013. His stay at Stompond Lane was short-lived before he moved on to
Chipstead.
DARRON WILKINSON: Assistant Manager. Darron started his playing career with Wokingham
Town before joining Brighton & Hove Albion for £20,000, then playing in the third tier of English
football, where he made 49 League appearances. After a short spell playing in Hong Kong for Kui
Tan he returned to England and joined Hayes. He subsequently played for Woking before finishing
his playing career at Slough Town, where he also had a spell as player/coach and manager. Joined
the Harrow coaching staff at the start of season 2012/13.
MARC CHARLES-SMITH: Coach. Marc has joined the coaching team following his retirement
as a player at the end of last season.. Previously played for Farnborough Town, Leatherhead,
Staines Town, Billerica Town, Burnham and Wingate & Finchley. He made 253 appearances as a
player for Harrow, scoring 73 goals.
