Avonmouth A ‘s started the game fast going 3-0 up very early in the game. Goals from Cameron
Cafferkey X 2 and Jack summers.
Bromley A then woke up and played some great football and managed to get a draw from the game
scoring right at the death to make it 3 - 3.
The A’s remain unbeaten in their last 3 and will be in county cup and league cup action Over the next
couple of weeks.

Thank You to Will Masters Fry

The Directors, Committee and members would like to thank Will who recently has stepped down as
Chairman after a decade of being Chairman of Avonmouth FC
Will joined Avonmouth from PBA in 2011 and became treasure in 2012, the following year he took
over the chairman’s role from Gerry, during his tenure he has driven some major changes off the field
with the help of Shaun and committee and members. These include major alterations inside the bar
area which was carried out by club members
There were also significant improvements to the club with new dressing rooms and extended club
room which were driven by Will and the directors, committee and members which now meets the
requirements for higher leagues
On the field the major achievement in his tenure was last season which saw the first team win three
trophies and finally get promote to the County league and saw the res promoted Club’s centenary
during Will’s time as Chairman

Will is still one of the major supporters and we all wish him well for the
future
