“We welcome Frampton United to Pen Park this weekend. It is the first time the
two teams have met this season with us still to play them at theirs in the final
game of the season.
Frampton currently sit third in the league on thirty-six points, however in their
last six league games they have won three and lost three, their only three
defeats in the league this season. We will be hoping we can add another loss
to that on the weekend but know this will be a difficult game with Frampton
coming into this game after a comprehensive victory against Cheltenham Civil
Service.
We are on a good run in the league that sees us unbeaten in eight, but we
went out of the cup in our last game going down two nil to impressive Bromley
Heath. Bromley have been hard to play against every time we’ve played them
this season and we wish them well in the next round. Hopefully we can get
back to winning ways this week in what will no doubt be another tough and
competitive game.
We look forward to welcoming everyone back at the Filton Feast after the
game for some amazing food and a few beers whatever the result.”
