ood afternoon everyone and a
warm welcome to Ruardean
GHill coaches, players and
supporters to Avonmouth FC.

It’s our first home game since
securing an unthinkable promotion to the Western League. A huge
amount of effort by everyone involved to make this happen and I
can’t thank the players and committee enough for all their hard work
and dedication.

Onto today’s game and a chance to clinch the title if we manage to
get the 3 points. After a slow start Ruardean have had a very good
season and will be a tough test for us today. They have a very good
striker in Steve Clark who sits on 18 goals in 21 games and if we think
this is a day of celebration we will be sorely mistaken if we
underestimate our opponents. Onto us and once again we will have
a number of teenagers in our squad as we look to gain them
experience in readiness for next season.

Hopefully you enjoy the game and hospitality. I’ll see you in the bar
for a chat and drink after the game.
