Welcome

Good afternoon and welcome to The Field.

We again extend a special warm welcome to the players, management and
supporters of Warminster Town FC, for this Toolstation Western League
First Division fixture. We hope they enjoy their short stay with us and have
a safe journey home tonight. Warminster visited us two weeks ago for a Les
Phillips Cup tie which we managed to win 5-2.

We also offer our thanks to our Match Officials for today and hope they
enjoy the game.

Unfortunately, the win over Warminster was the only bright spot for us in
the last couple of weeks. Last weekend’s visit to Gillingham was somewhat
overshadowed by off the field events which can be largely attributed to such
a performance. The 2-1 home defeat by Cheddar on Tuesday was a little
better but still disappointing.

Today we meet Warminster Town who will not only be out for revenge but
are going for promotion and another tough game is anticipated.

We hope you will enjoy the game and look forward to seeing you all again.
