Olivia Basham set up the opener and then grabbed her second assist of the day
from another corner as she found Imogen Harris, who nodded past the Penrhyn Bay
goalkeeper Millie Spencer.
Erin Doran halved the deficit for Penrhyn Bay shortly before the hour mark with a
low shot that found the net through a crowded penalty area.
But Cardiff replied nine minutes later to restore their two-goal lead as Basham
fired home into the top corner with a stunning strike, which ensured there would be no
way back for Penrhyn Bay as the Bluebirds lifted the trophy.
