attacking football by the Bluebells the home side were able to manage the game to secure
       a replay.

Following Sunday’s draw we are one of four teams still to secure a place in the first round
proper with Dover or Yate getting home advantage against either Yeovil Town or Weymouth.
The prize of victory tonight is therefore huge for the club and a decent crowd and support
will undoubtedly spur the team on.

As you can imagine the replay throws up a few headaches to add to the fixture congestion.
The scheduled GFA Senior Cup tie against Cheltenham Town Reserves will now be moved
from tomorrow evening to a date to be agreed between both clubs. It is likely that it will take
priority over the Farnborough Southern League fixture on 26th October, which will then have
to be re-scheduled again. Saturday’s fixture against Walton Casuals will go ahead as planned
and then we begin our FA Trophy campaign the following weekend at home to Willand
Rovers; this tie will be decided on the day and if the scores are level after 90 minutes we
       head straight to penalties!

The observant among you will notice that the pitch at the South West Interiors stadium is
getting a bit of a hard time at the moment with nine of our sixteen fixtures so far this season
(in all competitions) played at home. Looking forward the next five games are also at home
so plenty of work for Roger Hawkins
and his team to get on with. That
said I think we all hope for one
       more home fixture against a
       National League side! Let’s get
behind the team tonight and bring it
       on, Yeovil or Weymouth!

       C’mon you Bluebells!

       Regards,
       Iain
