               BOXING DAY TUESDAY 26TH DECEMBER 2023
                                KICK OFF 1.30pm

                   LONGWELL GREEN SPORTS V AEK BOCO


       Welcome to this Boxing Day festival clash here today at the 3G Arena
       against our local rivals from up the road AEK Boco.


       We  have  had  quite  high  gates  the  last  few  Boxing  Day  games
       between 500 and 700 and with both Longwell and AEK having large
       junior sections we should see another big gate here today.


       Boxing Day football is a huge part of sporting history in this Country,
       and it is great to see two local clubs going head-to-head in front of
       family and friends.


       On the football front we have won four out of the six last games and
       we have had two tough away games with a fine 1-0 win at Odd Down
       and  then  last week  we  lost  2-1  to  Bitton  in  a  game  in  which  we
       missed five good chances.


       A quick reminder our game on Saturday 30th December is home to
       Cadbury Heath another local rival and it is a 1:30 kick off.
