Shay Allen GK
Young Goalkeeper previously with Wellington in the Premier Division. On loan from
Bristol Manor Farm where he has a great chance of being a future No.1. Very highly
rated Goalkeeper

James Kenway DEF
Played with Tyrone Mings at yate zzzzzz. Got tackled at Keynsham once and cried for
his mum. Loves to moan but a top lad and a great defender. Well thought of at the club
and has fitted in well since joining last year. Good aggressive defender

Ben Courtier DEF
New summer signing previously with Stoke Gifford and SGS College. Great reader of
the game, good defender with a great range of passing. We are lucky to have Ben and
he is sure to have a great future in the game. Looks like Ciaran when he was 15 but
Ciaran was never as good as Ben.

George Brimson DEF
Took a year out travelling last year after becoming disillusioned with football. Back now
though and looking to settle straight back in at left back. Great left foot with a good
football brain.
Richard Brightwell DEF
Good clubman, and intelligent footballer, can play any position. Good attitude but Won’t
tackle if he’s due a holiday…. About 3 months away from using Just for Men on his
greying hair

George Rooke DEF
Lovable character. Always smiling. Great lad to have about the place, and a decent ball
playing defender. Highly thought of by everyone at the club.

Charlie Pollinger MID
Charlie came last season and played more than anyone would have thought, he
stepped up to the plate playing mainly out of position and was a credit to himself.
Highly thought of, and hopefully progresses again this year. Got the best dad/taxi driver
in the league who drives him everywhere

Dan Morne MID
Energetic fit midfielder who we think turns 45 this year. Scored the clubs first ever goal
in the Toolstation League. Leads by example on and off the pitch. A credit to the
football club

Matt McCall MID
Wholehearted footballer who gives his all every game. A lot of people could learn from
his attitude. Great clubman who deserves as much credit for off the field contributions
as on it. Again a credit to the football club
