       FORWARDS
       Olly Balmer
       The Striker, who returns to the club having previously played in Dorchester Town
       reserves  during  the  2016/17  season  campaign  before  joining  Poole  Town.  Olly
       arrives back at the Avenue following a stunning season at Winchester City scoring
       26 goals and 17 assists as well as scooping the top goal scorer award.
       Alfie Stanley
       The  former  Portsmouth  is  a  recent  signing  for  The  Magpies.  The  highly  rated
       youngster joins the club following trials at a number of Premier League and EFL
       clubs and is seen as a great bit of business by the club.
       Shaquille Gwengwe
       The highly rated forward arrives at The Avenue having spent last season with AFC
       Totton, having previously had spells rising up through the divisions at Worthing and
       Blackfield  &  Langley  where  he  first  worked  with  the  Magpies  boss.  Whilst  at
       Blackfield & Langley he caught the eye of Brentford B and had an extended trial
       with them.
       Matt Neale
       The Attacker joins the club after a hugeley  successful season with Hamworthy
       United, Having previously played for AFC Bournemouth academy, Poole town and
       Christchurch.

       COACHING STAFF
       Glenn Howes – Manager
       Glenn joined The Magpies from AFC Totton. A Magpie in his playing career, Glenn
       also featured for Eastleigh, Gosport Borough, Basingstoke Town and Poole Town.
       He took his first steps into management with Blackfield & Langley, where he had a
       successful five seasons, taking the Watersiders from the Wessex League into the
       Southern  Premier.  He  then  joined  AFC  Totton  before  taking  the  top  job  at  The
       Avenue.
       James Wood – Assistant Manager
       Joining the club from AFC Totton alongside Glenn Howes, Wood has worked closely
       with  Howes  at  both  The  Stags  and  Blackfield  &  Langley.  Following  his  playing
       career, Wood first took control of Bournemouth Poppies before joining Poole Town
       as Assistant Manager. Together with Howes, they have built up a partnership that
       has seen success wherever they go.
       Brian Churchill – First Team Coach
       Also  Manager  of  the  clubs  Under  23  squad.  Experienced  coach  with  spells  at
       Swanage Town & Herston, Hamworthy United and in AFC Bournemouth’s academy.
