Welcome to the Big Local Stadium

Greetings everyone and welcome to the Big Local Stadium, in
particular the management and players of today’s visitors Shortwood
United F.C. for this Uhlsport Hellenic League First Division fixture. We
should also welcome our Match Officials and hope they enjoy their
stay with us.

Last Thursday we went down 2-0 at home to Southam United in a
disappointing result which has meant we are destined to finish the
season in the lower half of the table. Consequently this will signify a
rather disappointing campaign overall and we will hope to do better
next time.

Today’s visitors Shortwood United will have similar feelings to
ourselves about the outcome of their own season and look forward
to improvement over the summer.

Today is our last home fixture of the season and we thank you for
your support and attendance. We hope you have enjoyed what you
have seen and will come again soon.

I look forward to seeing you here again next time.
