Notice for an Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 1 May 2024

of Keynsham Town Football Club (Seniors) to be held at The AJN Stadium, Crown
Fields, Bristol Road, Keynsham, BS31 2BE, commencing at 7.30pm

The meeting is open to all section club members and any parents/guardians of
club members who wish to attend although only existing committee members will
be able to vote.

The proposed agenda for the AGM is listed below. Please note that any proposals
for changes or amendments and any other matters members wish to be added to
the agenda for discussion must be made in writing to the chair five working days
before the AGM. These can be emailed to seniors@keynshamtownfc.co.uk

If you wish to be considered for either a position as an officer or committee
member, you will need to attend the AGM and notify the chair when directed.
