Welcome to the Big Local Stadium




       Greetings  everyone  and  welcome  to  the  Big  Local  Stadium,  in
       particular the management and players of today’s visitors Abingdon
       United F.C. for this Uhlsport Hellenic League First Division fixture. We
       should also welcome our Match Officials and hope they enjoy their
       stay with us.


       Four points from the last two outings have improved our standing in
       the league table and make it a much better sight to see us well off
       the bottom of the pile. Our last home game saw a 4-2 victory over
       Moreton Rangers and a 2-2 draw at Long Crendon at the weekend
       have finally kick-started our season.


       Today’s visitors Abingdon United have won two of their four games
       so far beating Southam United 3-2 on Saturday so they come here in
       winning form.

       I hope you all enjoy the game and I look forward to seeing you here
       again next time.
