as well as reaching the First Round of the F.A. Trophy for the first time in their history, losing
out to eventual finalists Leyton Orient.
The truncated 2019/20 and 2020/21 seasons saw plenty going on off the field as the club
expanded with the establishing of an Academy as well as Under 23 / 18 / 17 and 16 teams
and plans in place to add further age group sides as well as a Ladies team. A brand new 3G
playing surface was commissioned over the summer of 2021 as The Rams look to build for
the future both on and off the pitch.

R’Avan Constable – Goalkeeper Age: 28
Previous Clubs: Barnet / Wealdstone / Hayes & Yeading United / Potters Bar Town /
Maidstone United
Ravan returned to The Rams for a third time at the start of the 2022/23 season. One of life’s
‘characters’ for sure, he has played in the National League and previously played over 60
games in a Beaconsfield shirt.
Jerome Eccleston – Defender Age: 32
Previous Clubs: AFC Hayes / Southall / Egham Town / Hayes & Yeading United
former “Player Of The Year” at AFC Hayes, Jerome originally joined The Rams at the start
of the 2017/18 season. Has had three spells with Beaconsfield and is closing in on 100
appearances in a Rams shirt.
Liam McDevitt – Defender Age: 32
Previous Clubs: Hayes & Yeading United / St. Ives Town / Royston Town
Devs played six games for The Rams on loan from Hayes & Yeading United during the
2021/22 season and moved to Holloways Park on a permanent basis in the summer of 2022.
He played over 100 games for Hayes for whom he was also Captain during their run to last
season’s Play Off Final.
Luke Neville – Defender Age: 28
Previous Clubs: Staines Town / Egham Town
A PE Teacher, Luke made over 100 appearances for Egham before joining Beaconsfield in the
summer of 2017. Has now played over 150 games for The Rams. Mr. Reliable.
Oliver Sprague – Defender Age: 28
Previous Clubs: Hendon / Welling United / Billericay / Northwood / St. Albans
Experienced defender who joined The Rams from Romford at the start of the 2020/21
season. Played over 150 times for Hendon as well as spending time in Cyprus with Aspis Pyla
FC. A Q.P.R. supporter, Oli has played for the England C side and won the 2021/22 Managers
Rams Player Of The Year award.
Callum Webb – Defender Age: 27
Previous Clubs: Millwall / Slough Town / Chesham United / Kingstonian / Walton Casuals
A former professional at Millwall, Callum has had two previous spells with The Rams
including 15 games during the Championship winning season. Brother of former midfielder
Nathan, he is closing in on a century of appearances in a Rams shirt. Supports Arsenal and
says Rams midfielder Aaron Minhas is the biggest influence on his career!
Dan Bradshaw – Midfield Age: 21
Previous Clubs: Southampton (Youth) / Forest Green Rovers / Eastleigh
Dan became a fans favourite during a successful loan spell with The Rams during the
2021/22 season before it was curtailed by an injury when he returned to parent club
Eastleigh. Signed permanently at Holloways Park in the summer of 2022. Supports Bayern
Munich.
James Dobson – Midfield Age: 31
Previous Clubs: Burnham / Slough Town / Hemel Hempstead Town / Dagenham & Redbridge
