Beech’s Bench Talk
Good afternoon and welcome to the
Lancer Scott stadium for our FA Vase
cup tie against Knaphill FC.
First of all I would like welcome new
signing Joe Banks to the club from
Hengrove Athletic.
Last Saturday saw us come away with a
convincing 4-0 victory against Welton
Rovers as we controlled the game from
start to finish with goals from Miles
Hardidge, Reece hedges, Oscar Pearce
and DJ (Dean) Preddie. On Wednesday
night we travelled to Street where I still
can’t believe we didn’t come away with something. We created 3/4
very good chances within the first half hour but didn’t take them
and we’re punished right on half time. We had a good go at it
second half but couldn’t find the breakthrough. We will be looking
to get back to winning ways today and the lads know what’s
expected.
Hope you all enjoy the game, get behind the lads and I will see you
in the bar after the game.
