A Word from the Chairman….

Good afternoon and welcome to the
Players, Officials and Supporters of

Stockwood Wanderers Football
Club. We hope they enjoy their visit
to BBS Park the home of Mendip
Broadwalk and have a safe journey
home this evening.

After a perfect August and a tough
September with games coming thick and fast, we’ve now settled

down to 1 game a week. After our first defeat of the season we’ve
bounced back with 2 very convincing wins where we could have
scored 5 or 6 each game.

This afternoons league game against Stockwood sees 1st play 6th. It
will be another tough test for the lads.

You will notice work continues to improve the facility and BBS Park to
bring us inline with Western League standards. The ambition of the
club is to achieve this sooner rather than later. Only time will tell if we
have the squad and the facility. As always we’ll be giving it

everything !!

Hopefully see you in the bar after for a chat about today’s game.
