It is an honour to be able to write the very first county league
welcome in our very first programme. It has been a long time coming

for the club and now that we are here there is still a lot of hard work
ahead for everyone at the club to establish ourselves in the league

and look to push on.

We would like to thank Wick FC who hosted us last week with both

teams playing out closely fought draw and would like to wish them
the best of luck for the season ahead.

We would like to extend a warm welcome to the Stoke Gifford
players, officials and fans. It is fitting that our very first home game

in the county league is a derby against a team we have played many
times before and narrowly missed out on promotion to them when

we finished second the season they were promoted.

We are looking forward to a closely fought competitive game and

hopefully we will come out of it the winners and have the local
bragging rights.

Thank you to everyone who supports our club it has been a long
journey to get here and hopefully we can continue to do you proud

in our maiden county league season.
