Jake Lee
18/09/81, Cirencester
Jake is an attacker or central defender, who joined us at the start of this
season from Weston S Mare, where he had been a member of their National
League South squad since joining them in January 2017 from Shortwood
Utd. Jake originally joined Cheltenham Town, for whom he made a handful
of first team matches, as a scholarship player in 2008.
Joe Low
Very promising young central defender, currently on loan until the end of
the season from Bristol City, where he has played for their Under 23’s,
having joined us just before Christmas. Played on loan at Dorchester Town
last season, when he was also called up for the Wales Under 18 squad.
Jay Malshanskyj
Jay is a striker who started his career with WBA Development squad before
joining Forest Green Rovers, from whom he was released at the end of last
season. He then joined Weston super Mare at the start of this season,
before moving to Cirencester Town, and was then transferred to us in
December.
Nick Peare
29/06/90 Cheltenham
Nick is a midfield player, also at home in defence, who was transferred from
Mangotsfield United in November 2017. An experienced player at Southern
League level, he was previously with Shortwood Utd, and has also played
for Taunton Town and Swindon Supermarine. Appointed Club captain in
November 2018, and won the Players Player award last season.
Kieran Smith
Kieran is a defender, aged nineteen, who spent six years at Bristol City
Academy before being released at the end of last season. He then joined
Gloucester City, playing several matches at National League North level this
season.
James Taylor
Aged 18, James is a highly rated defender, currently on loan until the end
of the season from Bristol City, where he has played for their Under 23’s.
Callum Vickery
Callum is aged 23, a midfield player initially with Clevedon Town, whose
career has been blighted by injury but has now regained fitness playing in
local football and joined us in December 2019.
Jordan Williams
28/07/97 Bristol
Jordan was transferred to us in February this year from Thatcham Town. He
joined Southampton when aged 12 for 18 months, then Bristol Rovers until
he was 16 before Southampton re-signed him for two years, during which
time he made two appearances for Malta U18’s. He then joined St Andrews
FC Malta and made 18 appearances before joining Weston S Mare in July
’16. Played on loan for Dorchester Town before moving to Mangotsfield Utd
at the start of the 2017-18 season, where he scored11 goals in 43 matches
before joining Thatcham Town in February 2019.
