Cheltenham Saracens F.C. Squad 2021/22

Joe Wright Goalkeeper Very promising young Goalkeeper who has
(GK) experience at Hellenic and Southern League level
as well as a spell playing in Spain. Is new to the
club this season and we look forward to seeing
him develop.
Austin Defender A member of our new Under 18s squad and
Parker another youngsters with bags of potential.
Comfortable anywhere across the back line.
Olly Defender Olly joined the club at the start of last year from
Whelan Evesham United Development. Strong in the
tackle and composed on the ball, comfortable and
Centre Back or Right Back.
Tom Defender Tom has rejoined the club following spells at
Hoskins amongst others Bishops Cleeve and Shortwood
United. A no nonsense Defender who brings
leadership and experience to the squad.
Coby Defender Attacking full back Coby makes the step up to
Handley Hellenic League level for the first time as he joins
from local club Smiths Barometrics. Will bring
pace and energy up and down the flanks.
Luke Defender Good defender, good organiser, strong in the air,
Hitchman decent all round player an important member of
our defensive unit
John Evans Midfield One of the older heads in the group now, John
brings composure and quality to the side. Equally
at home in the back 4, he is the sides Vice Captain
for the coming season.
Luke Finch Midfield Luke came up through the clubs under 18s 9
years ago and has been involved in the squad for
the majority of the time since. Tenacious in the
tackle and a leader in the dressing room.
Harry Midfield Rejoins after a season away playing University
Daubney football at Hartpury. Brings physicality to the
middle of the park as well as a lovely range of
passing.
Lewis Midfield Lewis returns to football following some time out.
Hitchman A strong , physical player who has good feet and
a great engine, previously played for the club as
a 16 year old.
