       and has formed a formidable partnership alongside Luke Carnell.  A rock at the back and an
       aerial threat in both boxes.
       Scott Isherwood – Former development Squad defender for Bristol Rovers FC, he joined
       on a youth loan deal in order to get first-team football last season.  Has since shown himself
       to be a very solid defender with great athleticism and composure for his age.  Loves to get
       forward and has already scored and notched assists from his wing back role.
       Owen Dore – The son of previous Millers manager Craig Dore, Owen has been amongst
       the First Team setup and club for the last 3 years.  He has gained good experience during
       his time with the Southampton and Oxford academies and is another looking to make the
       step into senior football.  Currently plays regularly for the Millers U19 side, who won their
       league last season.
       Andrew Gunn - Enjoying his 3rd stint with the Millers now; Gunny has played for Oxford
       United,  Banbury  Town  amongst  others,  most  recently for  Thatcham  Town.   Possesses a
       calmness on the ball, is great in the air and is strong in communication. A solid defender who
       has immense experience and always shows commitment to the cause.
       Michael Hopkins – Returned to the Millers at the end of last season, joining from Swindon
       Supermarine.  He is predominately a left sided player, either in the defence or in midfield,
       but can also play on the right as well. He has previously had spells at Didcot Town and
       Hungerford Town after starting at Reading Academy as a youngster.  His experience at Step
       3 in this league will be vital this season.
       Niko Ryan Nenonen-Millar – Niko is a former England schoolboy international who joins
       the Millers on dual registration terms with Oxford City.  He joined Oxford City in 2021 have
       being released by city neighbour Oxford United.  The centre-back joins the Millers in search
       of regular men’s football having featured regularly for City’s U23 side this season.  He will
       provide valuable cover at the heart of the Millers back line.
       Zak Mitchell – Joins North Leigh on dual registration with Chippenham Town.  Zak was
       previously with Larkhall having moved to Plain Ham from Slimbridge in October 22.  He is a
       solid central defender who has come up through the youth ranks of Chippenham.
       Dec  Peart  –  Peart  re-joins  the  Millers  having  played  the  last  couple  of  seasons  at
       neighbours Kidlington.  He was part of the Millers side that completed the great escape when
       relegation to Step 5 looked on the cards a few seasons back.  After leaving North Leigh he
       became a regular feature at the heart of the Greens backline, becoming a mainstay in their
       side and known for putting in solid and dependable performances.
       MIDFIELDERS

       Jack Alexander - Former Scotland Youth international who was with Liverpool and Bristol
       City  as  a  youngster.    Having  also  played  for  Eastleigh  he  became  a  regular  choice  for
       Swindon Supermarine at right-back, before moving  to Thatcham Town in November '18.
       Last season he played for Wantage Town.  He will undoubtedly be a strong presence at the
       heart of the Millers midfield this season.
       George Nash – Nash is a 29-year-old defensive midfielder and was key signing back in the
       20/21 campaign.  He continues to be a pivotal link between the front and back lines and is
       tasked with getting on the ball at every opportunity to get the team passing and moving
       forward.  Another player formerly at Didcot and Banbury, but also has experience Worcester
       City and with the England Futsal team.
       Aaron  Heap  -  Heap  returned  to  the  Millers  for  a  second  spell  from  Southern  Premier
       Division side Banbury United in December of 2021. The 21-year-old began his career in the
       junior sides at Southern Division One Central side Kidlington and he was also a part of the
       Oxford United academy, completing his scholarship with the latter and then being rewarded
       in the summer of 2018 with a professional contract.  He made two appearances for Oxford
       in the EFL Trophy in 2018/19 and was a regular in their under-23 side that season.
