          End of Year Message
    End o f Y e a r M e s s a g e
Last Saturday was a tough watch for all of us and not the
result we wanted. Another game where there was little
between the two teams, but Hartley managed to score
the only goal and take the three points. Whilst both
teams made few clear opportunities in front of goal, the
two good chances we created in the final minutes,
summed up our luck in front of goal in recent games.

In training this week we have concentrated on drills to
help our attacking play. Whilst practice can not create
the real game situation, repetition, awareness of
situation goes some way to replicating the game.
Confidence in front of goal is an individual personal trait, which some are full of
(Kyle Tooze) and others need the support of their teammates to bring the best out
       of themselves.

         WELCOME
Today we welcome the Directors, Players, and Officials of North Leigh today to
       Lodge Road.

Both teams will be looking to improve their league position from today’s game, and
this game represents another chance for our lads to show what they can produce
and put the disappointment of last Saturday behind us. We will need to be positive
and resilient for the 90 plus minutes to get the right result today and in the coming
       games.

Last Saturday we included new signing Jamal Salawu in our match day squad.
Jamal joins us from Keynsham Town and we wish him all the best.
We are also hopeful of adding one further new signing before today’s game.

Players leaving in recent weeks have been:
       Pierce Mitchell to Frome Town;
Ioan Richards to Redditch United; and
Leighton Thomas’s loan period from Hungerford Town has come to an early end
with the injury he sustained during our game at Winchester City.

       Up the Bluebells!
