P. 8
View from the dugout
Yet again our inconsistency showed over the last 2 games.
We played Bi on in the League Cup and put in a really good performance
with 2 quality goals from Ash Kington against his old club & Lewis Dunn
with his one for the season giving us a 3-1 win and a e against Cadbury
Heath away next Wednesday.
We then travelled to Helston on Saturday with a glut of players missing for
one reason or another. (well… The Cheltenham Fes val being the biggest
reason).
Up to the 55th min we were 0-0 and then lost keeper Liam May who was
shown a straight red for a professional foul. Conner Bryant took over in
goal but was powerless to stop the 5 efforts which gave us a 5-0 defeat.
Tonight we welcome Wellington and know we are in for a tough game
judging by previous results over the last few years and some of their recent
results.
We then finish out home games for the season with promo on chasing
Tavistock on Saturday followed by Ilfracombe on 2nd April.
