       Bridport have made the most unwanted start to the new season. On Tuesday evening
       they conceded seven goals for the second  me in four days and find themselves at the
       foot of the early table. Shepton Mallet experienced the opposite feeling, slamming the
       aforemen oned seven goals past Bridport and now head the way.
       Buckland Athle c trounced Wellington 6-1 thanks to a hat trick from Nathan Cooper and
       one each by Cieran Bridger, Frazer Clark and Charlie Johansen.
       Keynsham  Town are the third team to have scored maximum points from  their two
       fixtures to date. A 3-0 victory at local rivals Brislington handed them the bragging rights,
       scoring through Will Hailston 2 and Jamie Noble.
       Warren Daw and Liam Prynn were the marksmen for Tavistock who got their campaign
       off and running with a 2-1 success at Ilfracombe Town. Brodie Montague hit back for the
       home side.
       Mousehole recorded their first Western League win, bea ng Millbrook 2-0.
       Bridgwater United and Bi on fought out a goal less draw.
       Exmouth Town eased to a 4-0 win at Street who suffered their second successive home
       defeat. On target for the Devon side were Ben Steer 2,  Jordan Harris and Mark Lever.
       The other two matches played on Wednesday evening finished as draws. Sam Hedges
       scored twice for Clevedon Town who fought back from two goals down to share a 2-2
       draw with Cadbury Heath at the Hand Stadium. Callum O’Brien was on the mark for
       Saltash United who came away from Helston Athle c with a point from a 1-1 draw.
       A er just two ou ngs this season, Welton Rovers are the only team to have registered
       two wins in Division One. They beat Longwell Green Sports 2-0 thanks to Chris Pine and
       Jake Slocombe and take an early lead in the league standings.
       Rick Davies and Elan Plummer gave Lebeq United their first points of the season as they
       won 2-0 at newcomers Tytherington Rocks.
       Bishop Su on ran out 4-1 winners at Por shead Town thanks to goals from Cameron
       Shorney, Oaklan Buck, Mason Dagger and Luke Trowbridge. Ethan Hardy grabbed the
       home side’s consola on goal.
       Hengrove  Athle c  and  Odd  Down  (Bath)  shared  a  2-2  draw  at  Norton  Lane.  Regan
       Burton and Peter Sheppard twice gave Hengrove the lead,Warmo but Luke Bryan levelled
       on both occasions for the Bath side.
       Cheddar broke their duck for the season by edging out Gillingham Town 3-2. Callum
       Laird, Simon McElroy and Finlay Biggs were their marksmen whilst James Boyland replied
       with a brace for the visitors.
       Goals from Harvey Hadrill and Adam Wright gave Wells City a 2-0 victory over Bishops
       Lydeard while  Wincanton  Town were held 2-2  by  Warminster  Town thanks  to Louis
       Irwin’s double, which was cancelled out by Aaron Cockerell.
       On Wednesday Bristol Telephones made their bow for the season, easing to a 4-1 win
       over Oldland Abbotonians at Stockwood. Craig Parsons led the way with a treble and
       Dhani Golding add the other goal with Frank Gingell scoring for Oldland.
       Radstock Town were held 2-2 by Devizes Town for whom Ma hew Lever and Ma hew
       Swann found the net.
