Assurance for Albertans
Assurance is a broad concept that encompasses accountability, engagement, transparency and reporting. It means demonstrating to Albertans that the education system is meeting student needs and that students are successful. A new assurance model implemented alongside funding changes will create new opportunities for parents to engage with education system governors and help shape local priorities and initiatives.
