1. District Level Learning Resources Support
The District needs to review the potential of a District Level Library or Learning Resources Centre with respect to the District leadership and cost savings that can be available in the new and emerging information technology areas.

Potential areas that may be included are software licensing, software duplication, electronic test banks and central administration of partnerships such as CAMS.
