HOMELAND
God wrapped Purbeck in her hill
And bounded her with restless sea
Send me anywhere you will
But Purbeck still is home to me
For all I am and all I own
Of spirit flesh and blood and bone
Grew here like Purbeck’s ancient stone
I am not one who likes to boast
And have the biggest or the most
But I am one who thinks it greed
To ask of God more than I need
And God already has it clear
That everything I need is here
