                                                          VILLAGE HALL

       EVENTS FOR YOUR DIARIES

Our February ARTSREACH event featuring the Anglo - Scottish
duo Janice Burns and Jon Doran was a sell out and an evening
enjoyed by all. These two young Folk Singers will be appearing
again in Dorset at the Swanage Folk Festival later on this year.
Our next ARTSREACH event is LATCHEPEN on Saturday 4th
       MARCH - 7.30 p.m.
Latchepen are born out of a collective admiration of Django
Reinhardt and anything that swings. Acoustic by nature, they
perform jazz on strings, with influences ranging from Romani
music through to bebop. They regularly play at Ronnie Scotts,
and tour all over the UK playing arts venues and village halls as
well as all over the world at festivals such as the Django
Reinhardt festival, Turin Jazz Festival and March Manouche
       (UK).
Refreshments will be served before and during the interval.
