Lent Lunch
part of the Community Fridge. is not the aim for the sake of it.
Various local groups / individuals regularly hire our premises, including Wareham Town classes for the elderly. Local charities have sponsored us on how to use leftover food; other charities/individuals use our Sanctuary for guitar concerts / acoustic checks. Purbeck Arts Festival used the Small Hall as a Green Room and residents hire halls for children’s parties, wakes etc. We also host community. Through examples of Christ
Coffee Mornings and simple Lent/Advent Lunches plus a weekly Home Producers Band, different music groups, Morris Dancers, meditation support and fitness Our three priorities are to share the good news, nurture our faith and serve the love, we hope to bring more people in

WHAT WE DO ~ WAREHAM
What we do We value ministers from all denominations leading weekly Sunday morning worship / monthly Communion in the Sanctuary. Quarterly, informal, Cafe-Style services help us explore faith through creative activities over food, whilst Pet and Healing Services have attracted people who aren’t necessarily church-goers. There’s a shared Pastorate Service in week five. Elders lead a fortnightly Bible Study, prayer meeting and monthly
