Never lose faith in yourself, and never forget to
hope when the world throws its worst and then turns
its back.
There is always hope. To live without hope is to cease
to live.
Insight
Are you aware of your thoughts? Are you the
thinker of the thought or the thought of the thinker?
In consciousness, let your thoughts rise and let them
go, for within the stillness there is no thought, only
awareness.
