About the Author
Topper Carew is an architect, filmmaker, televi- sion producer, designer, and cultural technolo- gist. He has numerous film, TV, and design awards. Presently, Dr. Carew is a Principal Inves- tigator and Research Scientist at the Media Lab at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
As a college student, he was active in SNCC, the Student Non-violent Coordinating Commit- tee. It changed his life such that the narrative through line of his life’s work and creativity con- tinues to be justice, equality, and excellence.
