KATA PENGANTAR
As part of the 2013 Curriculum which emphasizes the importance of a balance
of attitude, knowledge and skill competencies, English language skills are formed
through continuous learning. This model of learning begins with increasing the
competence of knowledge about the types, rules, and context of a text, followed by
competence in the skills of presenting a written and spoken text, both planned and
spontaneous, with the right pronunciation and intonation. This continuous learning
leads to the formation of language politeness.
This book is very open to suggestions and will continue to be improved for
improvement. Therefore, I invite the lecturers to provide criticism, suggestions, and
input for the improvement and refinement of this book. For this contribution, I thank
you. Hopefully we can provide the best for progress in the world of education.
