previously. That of course is a subjective/ personal judgement so the only way you can confirm it is

to check it out for yourself and when you do you will find a cornucopia of music. Lets’s say up front
that Chad is a guitar maestro and that he has the capacity to handle a comprehensive collection of
    differing styles with considerable skill.

The opener ‘Don’t Start’ is a fastish paced twelve bar with a flat picked accompaniment with Chad

sounding like a mix of Blind Willy Johnson, Son House and Tom Waites. ‘Funk You’ is as the title
suggests, a funky piece with a message. ‘Killing Time’ is a delightful poppy tune with some excellent
driving guitar riffs, “I find my self just killing time”. Open D is a paean to that guitar tuning with
some exemplary slide-work, shades of Furry Lewis here. ‘The Beauty of a Flower’ is a country type
tune with some excellent lyrics—take a trip to the Grand Old Opry here.

By and large this is an excellent outing for Chad who I suspect will be taking solo spots (or opening)

for Paul Lamb and the Kingsnakes when the road is open again.

                                          Brigitte DeMeyer—Seeker— BDM Music

Brigitte DeMeyer is an American singer-songwriter. Her music has
Americana, blues, folk, country and gospel-music influences. She
is known for her poignant vocal delivery. Her recent album
“Mockingbird Soul” with Will Kimborough, from Alabama and ace
producer and performer was an eye opener.

This is no exception. As is unfortunately the norm at the moment,

this is a ‘lockdown’ album but as with so much contemporary
music it is very definitely none the worse for that.

The lyrical mastery of Bob Dylan and the musical sensitivity and emotional delivery of of Etta James
make Brigitte very special. Check out—online—‘All The Blue’ an ethereal arrangement with a laid

back vibe and some very nice, steel playing back in the mix. Then listen to ‘Cat Man Do’ with some
serious funk, close harmonies and outstanding dobro work (Will Kimborough?). Fabuloso!
    Seriously great stuff!

This is a really refreshing record that is totally different from all
the guitar-heavy rock blues around at the moment, it features
Ben's piano to the fore and also his vocals, opener ‘You Know’ is a

rocking blues with Ben up front but with the band supporting him
wonderfully. The band is his father Aron on guitar, Chris Douglas
(bass) and Oscar Bernal (drums) and with friends and family
helping out on backing vocals. Ben and his father wrote eight of
