Songwriter and Americana artist RB Stone has been at his game for
some time. As an independent musician, he has 18 albums under his

In 2020 RB partnered with guitarist Ben Rice on “Out Of The Box”, an album featuring a mix of cigar
box guitars played by Rice and Stone (RB also contributes some harp to the work). The well received
album features eleven original cuts written by Rice and/or Stone, using various guitars with 3, 4 and
6 strings. Joining Stone and Rice are Dave Melyan on drums, Joseph Barton on bass and Jimi Bott on

tambourine (he also recorded and mixed the CD). It’s simple, yet not-so-simple slide-based blues
performed by talented musicians, executed at the highest level. I highly recommend.

I asked RB Stone to tell about his life and career. This is what he told me ........
