Peru: Organic Law on Hydrocarbons and Civil Repair for Corruption
The Peruvian Congress is debating an important reform to the Organic Law on Hydrocarbons, with which the country hopes to bring together investments of over 47 billion dollars. The judiciary is also advancing in an initiative that will ensure the immediate payment of civil compensation in favour of the State, in cases of corruption, such as the one involving Odebrecht.
