Guiding Principles Through Times of Pandemic
Safety
During time of Pandemic, our institution and department prioritize safety. Team members are encouraged to follow the integrated
safety practices on the COVID-19 landing page daily, attend Town Halls, and follow policies 13.01 and 13.02 to minimize risk.
Strategy
During time of Pandemic, our department incorporates Institutional and FDA guidance to adapt systems and work flow to minimize risk. Beyond virtual completion of existing research, a risk to benefit algorithm is applied in prioritizing the research portfolio and acceptable research activities within the overarching guidance.
Sustainability
With strategic alignment, we ensure that decisions are made in the interest of safety, priority, and that they can be sustainable under the modified COVID-19 command structure.
